Product Application:
Application Material
Laser cleaning is the new generation of surface cleaning high-tech products. It is very easy to operate, handheld and automatic are all available. You only need to run the device and focus on the product that you need to clean. the machine will be cleaned with no chemical reagents, no media, no dust and no water. With the advantage of manual adjustment of the focus, fit curved surface cleaning, good surface cleanliness and so on. Laser cleaning machine can clean the resin of subject surface, oil stains, stains, dirt, rust, coating, coating, paint, etc.
Application Industry
Molding industry, Military equipment industry, Precision machinery industry, Ship-building, marine engineering industry, construction machinery, heavy industry, Car manufacturer industry, Electronic and Semiconductor industry, nuclear power plant industry, Building facades and cultural relics protection industry, etc.
Machine Advantages
1) No damage to the base of the material due to the no-touch surface cleaning performance |
2) Precise cleaning technic for the specific area in a selected area |
3) No need for chemistry or other added supplies |
4) Easy to be operated, can be hand-held or auto-cleaned by installing a robotic arm |
5) Small cleaning time consumption and comes with a high-quality finishing result |
6) The stable and impacted integrated design which results to no extra maintenance |
How does laser cleaning work?
The aim of this process is simple; to clean the surface of a material (e.g. metal) that it is working with.
This is done for a number of reasons, such as to remove paint, mould, or to prepare surfaces for treatment. Surfaces can easily gather or contain contaminants such as carbon, rust, and rubber, and laser cleaning offers an efficient and environmentally-friendly way of removing these.
So how does the process actually work? A laser beam is pulsed at the surface of a material, irradiating and vaporising the layer until the desired depth of ablation has been reached. The pulse’s output power and wavelength can be controlled, offering the user a great deal of control when it comes to vaporising a material’s surface with a high degree of accuracy.
How does the vaporisation work? The contaminants that are on the surface layer of the material, such as the rubber or paint, absorb the beam as it is directed at it. The heat of this beam quickly irradiates this material.
