Maintenance

The air valve is designed to operate un-lubricated. If lubrication is desired, every 500 operation hours (or monthly), just add several drops of machine oil to container below in air regulator (C).

Flush the pump often enough to prevent the fluid you are pumping from drying or freezing in the pump and damaging it. The fluid for flushing should be compatible with the pumped fluid, and doesn’t affect the wetted parts. For recommendation on flushing fluids and periods, please contact with the provider and manufacturer.

Always flush the pump and relieve the pressure before storing it for any length of time.
