Fiber Optic Cable Copolymer Coated Stainless Steel Tape 0.15mm ForCopolymer for Cable Armoring

Copolymer Coated Steel Tape, consist of a steel tape coted on both sides with green color adherent ethylene copolymer.The copolymer exhibits excellent adhesion to the steel substrate and has the chemical resistance and general characteristics of low density polyethylene. It bonds to LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE and HDPE. The steel is low carbon, electrolytic chrome coated steel tape tempered to T-2 surface condition for excellent formability and fabrication characteristics. Copolymer Coated Steel Tape Armor protects fiber optic cables from rodent attacks, lightning strikes, corrosive chemicals, mechanical damage and water damage.

Application

1. Copolymer coated steel tape is widely used in shielding for telecommunication cables, power cables and fibre optical cables.
