Product Features
1. This 4-inch TFT display measures 3.97 inches (4 inches) diagonally and has a 480x800 portrait resolution.
2. This 4 inch PCAP TFT display is a full-color TFT LCD with capacitive touch screen (CTP), and CTP is the IIC interface.
3. This 4-inch TFT LCD module supports 3-wire SPI and RGB 24-bit interfaces.
4. The module size of this 4 inch LCD screen is 65.4*112.9*4.5 mm, and the active area size is 51.84 x 86.40 mm.
5. This 4 inch capacitive touch screen has a built-in ST7701S controller with a logic supply voltage range of 2.6V to 3.3V.
6. This 4 inch TFT touch screen can work in temperatures from -20°C to +70°C, and its storage temperature range is -30°C to +80°C.
