SAEF Technology SF1602JR-269 is a monochrome COG 16X2 character LCD display module. It is equipped with an ST7032 controller or equivalent IC and supports I2C and MPU interfaces. The power voltage of the SF1602JR-269 character display LCD 1602 module is 3.3V (typical value). It has white LED backlight, blue, and yellow green LED backlight options. SF1602JR-269 is the FSTN transmission negative mode. It can operate at temperatures ranging from -10 ℃ to +60 ℃; Its storage temperature range is -20 ℃ to+70 ℃. This LCD module initially did not have a touch, but the touch panel is customizable. The SF1602JR-269 module is widely used in instruments, card readers, sensor devices, POS terminals, cash readers, handheld devices, medical analyzers, and more.

Pin7 SHLC Common signals direction select:

0: Com1~16 Row address 15~0(invert)

1: Com1~16 Row address 0~15(Normal)

Pin8 VSS Ground (0V)

Pin9 SDA In I2C interface DB7 (SDA) is input data and DB6 (SCL) is clock input. SDA and SCL must connect to I2C bus (I2C bus is to connect a resister between SDA/SCL and the power of I2C bus)

Pin10 SCL In I2C interface DB7 (SDA) is input data and DB6 (SCL) is clock input. SDA and SCL must connect to I2C bus (I2C bus is to connect a resister between SDA/SCL and the power of I2C bus)

Pin11 XRESET External reset pin. Only if the power on reset used, the XRESET pin must be fixed to VDD. Low active.
