160x96 LCD, Graphic 160x96 MPU Display Description

SAEF Technology SF-16096-06 is a monochrome graphic type 160x96 COG LCD module. It is built in with ST75161 controller or equivalent IC and it supports MPU interface. SF-16096-06 graphic Display LCD is 3.3V (typical value) for supply voltage. It is with white side LED backlight.

SF-16096-06 is FSTN Transflective Positive mode. it can be operated at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃. This LCD module is originally without touch, but touch panel is customizable. SF-16096-06 module is widely used in meter and instrument, remote controller, sensor device, POS terminal, cash reader, handheld device, mobile food ordering machine, medical analyzer, etc.
