SFOM130YZ4-12864WB-01 is a graphic COG with PCB OLED module, which is made of resolution 128x64 pixels, diagonal size 1.3 inch. SFOM130YZ4-12864WB-01 is built in with SH1106 IC; it supports I2C and SPI interface, 1/64 driving duty. It is having PCB outline size 35.5 × 33.7 mm with mounting holes on board and 4x1 metal pins on module.

The supply voltage for logic of SFOM130YZ4-12864WB-01 is 3V/ 5V, supply voltage for display is 7.5V (Internal Boots), display with 50% check board current is 25mA@3.3VDD (typical value). This OLED module can be operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +85℃.
