240x160 Monochrome COG LCD Module Description

SAEF Technology SF-240160-13 is a 240x160 graphic COG LCD module with backlight. Module dimension is 77(L) x 58(W) x 4.6(T) mm; active area is 70(L) x 46(W) mm. It is supporting 8080, 6800 interfaces. Power supply of SF-240160-13 COG LCD 240x160 is 3.3V. Operating temperature is between 0°C to +50°C; storage temperature covers from -100°C to +60°C. ( it can be customized to wide temperature range ) .

SF-240160-13 is FSTN Transflective Positive mode.This LCD module is originally without touch, but touch panel is customizable.

SF-240160-13 LCD module is widely used in meter and instrument, remote controller, sensor device, POS terminal, cash reader, handheld device, mobile food ordering machine, medical analyzer, etc.
