Varistor 14D561K is a semiconductor ceramic element made of zinc oxide. Its resistance varies linearly with the applied voltage. It has the characteristics of small volume and large flow rate. Main semiconductor device protection, household appliances surge over voltage protection, communication, measuring instrument over voltage protection.
