Quick Response 10D15 NTC Thermal Resistor Strong Ability To Suppress Surge Current
The main advantage
The main feature of a thermistor is its high sensitivity. Its temperature coefficient of resistance is 10-100 times that of metal. It can detect temperature changes of 10-6°C; the working temperature range is wide, the normal temperature device is suitable for -55°C ~ 315°C, the high temperature device is suitable for temperatures above 315°C (before 2000°C), and the low temperature device is suitable for- 273°C ~ 55°C; small size, can measure the temperature of the voids, cavities and blood vessels in the human body, which cannot be measured by other thermometers; easy to use, the resistance value is in the range of 0.1 ~ 100kΩ; any choice between them; easy to process into Complex shape, mass production; good stability, strong overload capacity.
Applications:
Can be installed into the power circuits of:
• Power supplies and inverters
• Uninterruptible Power Supplies
• Energy saving lamps

Product Process
Precautions for use of NTC thermistor
1. Pay attention to the working temperature of the NTC thermistor.
Do not use NTC thermistors outside the operating temperature range. The operating temperature of φ5, φ7, φ9, φ11 series is -40~+150°C; the operating temperature of φ13, φ15, φ20 series is -40~+200°C.
2. Please pay attention to use NTC thermistor under the condition of rated power.
The maximum rated power of each specification is: φ5-0.7W, φ7-1.2W, φ9-1.9W, φ11-2.3W, φ13-3W, φ15-3.5W, φ20-4W.
3. Precautions for use in high temperature and high humidity environment.
If the thermistor needs to be used in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment, use a sheath-type thermistor, and use a protective sheath to expose the closed part to the environment (water, moisture), and the opening part of the sheath will not directly contact water and steam.
4. Cannot be used in harmful gas and liquid environment.
Do not use it in a corrosive gas environment or an environment where it will be exposed to electrolytes, salt water, acids, alkalis, or organic solvents.
