Brief Introduction

Grain dryer grain dryer is used to dry wheat, corn, rice and other grain materials.Compact structure. Its feed, circulation and discharge are combined with lift.It has the characteristics of light weight and small area. Walking drying equipment can move with dry materials at the same time.

Product Feature

Low rotation speed auger and anti-crushing hoist ensures low breakage rate of grain and good quality drying.

The hoist is designed with two barrels and equipped with the anti-damage device to reduce the breakage rate of grain.

The gear motor and NSK/ASAHI bearing imported from Japan are used.

The design of vertical four-slot and the large drying layer ensures high drying efficiency and good quality.

The part in contact with grain is designed with stainless steel to increase wear and corrosion resistance.

The manganese steel is used for auger, and the surface is hard and wear-resistant after special treatment.

Working Principle of paddy dryer

It adopts rotary heating device; it can output enough hot air in a short time and kill eggs though high temperature.

It also adopts digitization control and instrumentation to control drying box’s temperature to avoid appearing discoloring and metamorphic phenomenon.

Drying cabinet is made of metal aluminum plate and silica gel cotton insulation layer to reduce energy consumption effectively.

Cyclotron system can reach the purpose of air circulation, humidification and heating in the drying box

Application of grain drying machine

It is suitable for drying wheat, rice, paddy, corn and so on grains.

Capacity: 12.5/15/22/30 tons per batch.

Moisture Reduction per hour (%/h): Rice/wheat:0.5-0.8 or 1.2.

The drying box has heat preservation layer of silicon cotton, so it can reduce energy consumption efficiently. And the grain dryer adopts indirect heating system

Components of paddy dryer

It is mainly composed of feeding device, bucket conveyer, drying box, dust catcher, efficient hot-blast stove, fan, on-line temperature measuring instrument, rapid water meter, electric control system and other systems.

Box type hot blast stove

The box type hot blast stove is an environmentally friendly stove independently developed by our company which using coal, biomass, etc. as the heat source. It has low using cost and high heating efficiency. It is equipped with an automatic constant temperature ventilation device which can reduce the crack ratio of grain and ensure the grain quality by controlling the temperature automatically.
