With a high degree of steel, strength and abrasion resistance, up and down leveling roller using large modulus synchronous transmission gear, the correction of large, non friction surface of the material will not scratch the material.
3, feed roller parts: feed roller using pneumatic compression device, can produce enough tensile force, the material to the leveling roller, and is synchronous rotation. The same is made of high strength rolling bearing steel, hardened and plated by grinding. It has the same strength, steel and abrasion resistance as the leveling roll.
The 4 part: the power, large power motor (5-7HP) with worm reducer (30:1) with chain transfer to the straightening machine leveling material, can produce the leveling force larger, inverter control motor speed, convenient and reliable.
5, leveling adjustment part: fine tuning parts using worm gear rod fine-tuning device. High accuracy, high pressure and easy operation.
