Application: making light pole

1. Two 350T/7000 (CT8) main machines are used, and the electro-hydraulic control is synchronous, which can be operated by both two machines in linkage or single machine.
2. The numerical control system adopts the CT8 system of Swiss CYBELEC company.
3. C-type plates are installed on both sides of the fuselage, and high-precision magnetic grating ruler is installed on the C-type plate, thus avoiding the impact of fuselage deformation on bending accuracy during bending.
4. The oil cylinder processed by a professional manufacturer, the SKF seal ring in Sweden, and the EMB pipe joint in Germany can overcome oil leakage.
5. The main oil cylinders on both sides are synchronously controlled by the electro-hydraulic servo valve imported from Germany and the magnetic grid ruler of the German ELGO/Italian GIVI company. The feedback is accurate, and the sliding block runs accurately, so that the bending accuracy and the repeated positioning accuracy of the sliding block are high.

6. V axis compensation. Solve the influence of the deformation of the slider during the bending process on the quality of the workpiece. The compensation amount is automatically adjusted by the numerical control system, which is convenient and accurate.

7. The machine body adopts split steel plate welding structure, which is tempered by large tempering furnace equipment to eliminate the deformation caused by welding stress and processing stress and ensure the accuracy retention of the machine tool.

8. The body, slide block and other important parts are analyzed with ANSYS finite element analysis software to ensure the reliability of the machine tool.

9. The hydraulic system adopts the integrated control system imported from Germany, which reduces the pipeline installation, improves the working stability of the machine tool, and has a beautiful and simple appearance.

10. Main electrical components shall be Schneider or imported joint venture brands.

11. It is equipped with special molds for road lamp poles, which can be folded into conical lamp poles and polygonal lamp poles.








12. Side discharge is provided, and the street lamp pole is discharged from the side.
