III. Composed devices

1. Hydraulic entry coil car

◆The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.

◆ It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder.

◆The level movement is driven by cycloid motor.

◆The capacity it can carry is 10 Tons .

2. Hydraulic cantilever de-coiler

◆Supporting the coils and doing uncoiling.

◆It adopts the hydraulic oil cylinder to make the decoiler expandable and fit to the inner diameter of coils. It is equipped with the hydraulic supporting arm.

◆7.5kw motor drive the coils running and can do forward and reverse running as well as do the decoiling with tension.

◆ The core can ensure the expand range φ508 of the coils inner diameter.

◆Structure: welding by the steel plates and profiled bar.

◆The capacity is 10Tons .

3. Hydraulic press and pinch device

◆ It is composed of the press and pinch and shove plate and pinch device to make it convenient to feed the material.

◆Cycloid reducer BWY215-121 drive the running of steel coil.

◆Hydraulic shovel head, hydraulic power shovel-head ect feeding steel plates.

◆Structure: It is welding by steel plates and profiled bar

4. Side guide device

◆It is composed of the frame, guide roller, adjustment device, movable platform and multi-roller wheel

◆The vertical rollers on the both sides guide the sheet right into the slitter.

◆500-1600mm Both sides of guiding vertical rollers adjust by manually drives the both ends of the screw. The adjusting width is: 500-1600mm.

5. Fourfold straightening machine

◆90mm.It is composed of 17 leveling rollers, 2 groups of supporting rollers, driving device and 2 pinch rollers and frame. Both sides of each rolling wheel is transmitted by needle pins all are the main force rollers. The rollers diameter is φ84mm and the distance between the rollers is 90mm.

◆The function of the supporting roller is to balance the leveling rollers force and reduce the friction to the rollers.

◆The working rollers can be adjusted the gap electrically which is controlled by 2 hand wheel to ensure the leveling quality.

◆Driving model: all the independent rollers and gear box are driven by 75Kw AC motor.

6. Hydraulic cutter

◆Shear model: cut from up to down hydraulically which is cooperate with the signal direct from the feeder and shear automatically.

◆4mm Adopt gap adjusting design to cut the materials and can shear 4mm steel plate safely.

7. X-shaped lifting stacker

◆The length of plates can range from 500-6000mm (which can be customized)

◆The width can be ranged from 500 to 1600mm.

◆It is equipped with the piling system.

◆Hydraulic controls the X table lifting .

8. Hydraulic system

◆Ensure the using of every hydraulic part.

◆The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 6.3-16Mpa.

9. Electrical system

◆ Adopt PLC control mode, it is controlled the whole line fixed-length cutting by codes and count automatically.

III.Other terms

1. Packing : ( Need 2x40HQ)
2. Delivery time : 90 days after receiving the 30% down payment.
3. Payment term : Way of payment : T/T 30% as advance, 70%T/T deposit before the shipment.
4. Installation: The seller will send technician to buyer's factory. The seller will responsible for the visa fee for the engineers and the buyer should pay for the flight and the food and accommodation. Pay for 100 USD per person a day.
5. Warranty: 1 year (can provide the service for the machine whole life)
