This equipment is designed for medium frequency furnace's production process, production beat, production line layout, etc., combining with the current advanced and mature automation technology, and through the company's design and planning, the following automatic feeding system scheme is proposed.

• Process sequence description

1. Employees use forklift or crown block to transport the whole frame materials to the tripper
2. The operation of the tripper will pour the round steel into the feeder bin
3. The first push plate of feeder pushes the workpiece into the second row
4. The second push plate pushes the second row of workpieces into the third row
5. The third push plate pushes the second row of workpieces into the fourth row
6. The fourth push plate pushes the workpiece into the chain conveyor belt
7. The arranged workpiece is transported to the designated position by the conveyor belt
8. The transverse pushing cylinder and the isolating cylinder operate at the same time
9. The transverse pushing cylinder pushes the workpiece to the V-groove
10. Pushing the cylinder to push the workpiece into the medium frequency furnace
