400D Silicon Steel Cut To Length Line
400D Silicon Steel Cut To Length Line is based on combination of two hole punching,one V notching, fixed 45⁰ and 135⁰ cutting, which improves the machining efficiency while ensuring accuracy of the product. It can cut side sheet, yoke sheet and central column sheet, right angle sheet of the transformer lamination cores in a safe, efficient and accurate way. This equipment is designed and equipped with full servo drive, PLC control, motion control system, English operation interface, and colorful touch screen, making it easy for understanding and operating.

2. Buildup of the Machine
■ Double-head hydraulic decoiler+Loading trolley

■ Buffer Device
1) Adopt non-pit feeding buffer device, composed of inclined plate, raging system and detection switch.
2) Detection switches are installed on buffer board, CRGO strips position change trigger detection switch to send signal to control decoiler feeding. And to achieve the superior limit protection, lower limit stop, normal, acceleration and deceleration control.
■ Feeder Machine
1) Roller structure.
2) It consists of length measuring roller, servo motor, synchronous belt wheel speed reducer device, base, etc.
3) Length pinch rollers: 2nos, the lower roller is made of alloy steel Gcr15, after tempering,quenching, polishing, and upper roller cylindrical is covered of polyurethane.
4) Control: By servo motor drive.
5) Feeding speed: 0-240m/min. (When material width close to min or max, then reduce the feeding speed)
■ O Punching And V Notching
1) Two sets of O punching machine ): driven by servo motor with straight league on crankshaft upper die to do O punching, high efficiency and low nois,. The hole punch is electrically actuated by AC servo motor and the encoder can ensure very fast punching with low noise.
2) V notching machine: driven by servo motor with reducer on crankshaft upper die to do V notching, high efficiency and low noise. The V notching unit is used for punching the V notch in the yoke and central core leg sheets. For standard overlap cores the V notch is positioned according to the program required. V notching machine has automatically width adjustable motor to achieve steplap functions.
3) O punching and V notching dies use hard alloy cutting tools, each grinding can use for O punching no less than 0.2million and for V notching no less than 1million times.
■ Shearing Machine
1) Shearing mc mainly makes up of 45° and 135° fixed shearing cutter.
2) will cut sides sheet, york and column, right angle, half right half bevel angle, etc.
3) It adopts servo motor drive, high efficiency and low noise.
4) Cutters using hard alloy material, each grinding can use at least 1million times.
■ Center Positioned Width Adjusting Mechanism
1) Center positioned width adjusting mechanism is adopted for the whole line, to adapt different sheet width, linear guide rail is used to regulate the direction, ball screw drive is used for transmission, the width adjusting mechanism of the whole line is a linkage, the position is detected by the encoder, and displayed by the position indicator.
■ Diverting Unit
1) Unilateral positioning, transmission belt stepless speed regulation, divert smoothly.
■ Automatic Suction Type Stacking Unit
1) It adopts up-down separation method by magnetic, after sheets cutting, driven by servo motors through sensors, then conveyor belts stop, and suck up sheets by cylinder sucker on the above, then up-down movement and stacking by servo motors.

3) Max stacking sheet length: 2500mm
■ Pneumatic System
Pneumatic system adopts Airtac valve Taiwan control system. Construction is compact, connection is convenient, bus connection is adopted.
