Chinese Single machine rapping dust collector popular in 2019

The single-machine rapping precipitator is mainly used for dust removal at a single point or several points, and places where the dust spots are not fixed frequently (such as when welding).

The working principle of the single-machine vibrating dust collector: the dust-containing gas enters the tank and is filtered by the flat bag filter. The dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag, and is directly discharged by the fan. Indoor (can also take over to the outside). As the filtration time of the single-stage precipitator increases, the dust adhering to the outer surface of the dust filter bag also increases, and the resistance of the filter bag increases accordingly, thereby affecting the dust removal effect. The self-controlling cleaning mechanism is used for regular vibrating cleaning or manual cleaning. After the mechanism is stopped, it is automatically shaken for several tens of seconds, so that the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag is shaken off, and the dust falling into the dust collecting container (drawer) is manually pulled out.
