Features

Vibration boiling cooling bed plate of porous bed scales,blast systems,exhaust systems and humidification mixer components.

Boiling hot sand into the cooling bed plate vibration,in the direction along the vibration,while through the humidifier water.Blast system board fro, the lower drum into the cold wind scales.So that the sand was boiling hot sand,and full access to the air,the hot sand in the water vapor away from the exhaust ventilation system,heat up the sand that is the purpose of cooling,cooling of the old sand transported to the continuous export of sand away.In a boiling state of the sand and air heat exchange than the static large 6 to 10 times,so the boiling bed is an ideal heat exchanger.
