The single-pulse dust collector adopts the split-ventilation pulse jet cleaning technology to overcome the shortcomings of the conventional pulse dust collector and the compartment back-blowing dust collector. Due to the use of the chamber air-stop pulse to spray cleaning, the purpose of cleaning can be achieved by spraying once, so the cleaning cycle is prolonged, the energy consumption of cleaning is reduced, and the consumption of compressed gas can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue of the filter bag and the pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby multiplying the life of the filter bag and the valve piece.
The single-pulse dust collector is composed of a ash bucket, an upper casing, a middle casing, a lower casing, and the like, and the upper, middle and lower casings are compartment structures. During work, the dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the inlet duct, and the coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash bucket. The fine dust particles turn into the middle and lower tanks with the airflow turning, and the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The gas enters the upper tank to the clean air collecting pipe-exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The cleaning process is to cut off the clean air outlet duct of the chamber, so that the bag of the chamber is in a state of no airflow (the compartment is shut off and the air is cleaned). Then, the pulse valve is opened and the pulsed air is cleaned by the compressed air. The closing time of the shut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust peeled off from the filter bag after the spray is settled to the ash hopper, and the dust is prevented from being separated from the air bag after being separated from the surface of the filter bag. The phenomenon of the surface of the adjacent filter bag is made to clean the filter bag, and the exhaust valve, the pulse valve and the ash discharge valve are fully controlled by the programmable pulse controller.
The single-pulse dust collector inspection and change bag can be carried out in the system without stopping the system fan and the normal operating conditions of the system. The bag mouth of the filter bag adopts elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag, and facilitates unloading the bag.
