Product Description

Working principle
The finished material of the sand washing machine directly enters the dewatering screen for dehydration. The mud water discharged from the sand washing machine enters the equipment cleaning tank, and is pumped to the high pressure separator through the bottom vacuum high pressure pump for classification and concentration. The sand mouth enters the dehydration, and other waste water, mud, powder, impurities, etc. are discharged into the return water tank through the overflow port of the high pressure separator.

FAQs

1. Payment terms

T/T. earnest money (30% of total amount) to be paid in advance, the rest amount to be paid after Inspection and before goods leaves factory.

2. Warranty

100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee quality of the machines(excluding wearing parts)for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish under our technician's guidance, but not exceed 15 months from date on which machine leaves the factory.

3. Quality promise

After the machine completed producing, the factory arrange the test practice, to ensure the smooth operation of the machine.

4. Packing

When the goods arrive at the customer site, simply connect power supply to trial production.

The products should be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery.

The small parts are packed into wooden crates; the big parts are wrapped by plastic sheeting

5. Installation

Installer should be familiar with the equipment structure, capacity and technical requirement, set out suitable installation process rules in advance.

6. Working environment

Working environment shall be none conductive dust, none inflammable, explosive and corrosive gas.
