Description

It is used to determine the hot tensile strengh of the resin sand and the coating sand. It can be used to determine the tensile strengh in the normal temperature.

The hot tensile strength is one of the main detection methods for judging the film-forming properties of resin sand and coated sand. It is equipped with a microcomputer intelligent control stepper motor loading system, intelligent automatic temperature control system and intelligent measurement system. It adopts liquid crystal display, high-precision load cell and miniature Chinese printer. The sample is placed on the host sample mold, and automatically heated (232 ° C, about 120 s), automatically loaded to display the force process curve, measured its tensile strength, display measurement results, storage and print reports.
