1.Descriptions:
Boiler headers, or boiler manifolds are designed to simplify piping near the boiler, reduce installation time, labor costs and parts used. Available in various branch options with threaded inlet and outlet connections. For closed loop heating applications only.
The pressures and temperatures that headers have to withstand depend on the component to which they are connected. A header connected to an economizer or to water wall panels is subject to less severe requirements on the material than a header connected to superheaters or reheaters.
* Steam Header, Steam Distributor, Steam Manifold is the main supplementary equipment of boiler,it is one kind of pressure tank.Steam header is used for distributing the steam generated by boiler into paths of pipelines.As a pressure equipment ,the loading capacity of a Steam Manifold should be suitable to the matching boiler.
* The main pressure parts of Steam Manifold are top and bottom sealing,shells material,etc. Steam header is applicable to boilers, central air conditioners, industrial circulation cooling water systems and hot-water systems.It cam manager many branch pipes, including steam exhaust branch and steam supply branch respectively, it is mostly for DN350 - DN1500, which made of steel plate with pressure gauge.
