Aftersales Service:

we will send engineers / technicians to make commissioning at buyer’s factory, train the works well, and also supply the technical support for free and spare parts at good price always;

Guarantee Period:

One year, during the Guarantee Period, the seller guarantee to solve all problems may occur due to machine's quality or wrong design, and to provide all necessary spare parts for repair, Seller can send the Technician to Buyer's factory on seller's account if problem is serious and can't be solved by Buyer.
Delivery time: 80-90 working days from the date of receipt of 30% advance payment and the confirmation of embossing pattern
Payment terms:
Deposit: 30% of the total amount have to be paid by T/T as deposit for beginning the manufacturing of the machines
Balance payment: 70% of the payment should be transferred by TT after machine is ready for shipment

Packing: in seaworthy wooden case.

Our machines are fully checked and tested before shipment. Once the machine has been assembled, a painstaking checkout is carried out so as to quick start-up in the customer's plant. Every step in the start-up of the machine is carefully guarded in order for customers to speed up production schedules and reduce equipment downtime.

Packing and Shipping:

All the machines of our company are wrapped in wrapping film and wooden boxes before shipment. They are shipped as standard (except for local company procurement) to check whether the packaging is intact before the customer receives the goods. If there is any damage, please contact our company in time. If it is intact, the customer can safely sign for it. After signing, the wooden box and packaging can be removed by themselves. After the removal, the machine can enter the installation stage.
