3. Control system: PLC control system,operating on the touch screen,man-machine interface.
4.Tension system: Leg cuff NW,Topsheet NW,Elastic waistband,upper & down tissue,back sheet are A&B shaft active unwinding by invertermotor.
5.Drive system: Servo Drive(Easy to change size),timing belt and flat belt are imported products,and all the key parts are imported bearings.
6.Sa ety system: It has safety device on the operating side,matched with urgent stop switch,high audio fan uses sound insulation or silencer.
7.Packing way: Equipped with the stacker at the request of client.
8.Materials corrective system: Germany BST automatic web guide system(optional).

Packing and Shipping:

All the machines of our company are wrapped in wrapping film and wooden boxes before shipment. They are shipped as standard (except for local company procurement) to check whether the packaging is intact before the customer receives the goods. If there is any damage, please contact our company in time. If it is intact, the customer can safely sign for it. After signing, the wooden box and packaging can be removed by themselves. After the removal, the machine can enter the installation stage.
