Main Features

1. Inspection system:

1) Auto reject the defective products with splicing materials

2) Sound and light alarm for the splicing materials

3) Frontal tapes, side tapes missing detection and auto reject.

4) SAP limit detection and alarm

5) Elastic detection once run out

2. Unwind and spice

1) All materials except frontal tape are unwind by servo motor, and spliced automatically.

2) It can be auto-spliced or manual spliced.

3) The splicing speed can be set on the touch screen.

4) The tailing material can be detected precisely, in order to save raw materials.
