Air-laid paper feeding unit

1.Double air expansion axles material shelf has A, B shafts, can unwind the materials by independent servo motor, the unwinding speed is controlled by constant tension controller, cutting and splicing device adopts shearing style

2.Zero speed reduce splicing device, auto reject the defects

3.Material detection, auto alarm and stop the machine once material run out

4.Material splicing detection, auto reject the defects with raw material joint

5.Web guider rectify the material direction automatically
