What is a Challenge Coin?

1. Are you a factory?
YES, we are a factory with ISO and TUV certificates.

2. We have a good idea, can you design it for us?
We can do production artwork for you according to the following files:

JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, CDR, etc.

3. what about the MOQ?
No MOQ is required.

4. How long could I get my order shipped after I place an order?
Turnaround time depends on order quantity and different processes.
Normally, it's around one week for samples after artwork is confirmed; 10-20 days for bulk production.

5. How can I rely on your quality?
Before shipment, we will show you pictures and videos for all-around inspection.
If there are any problems when you receive the products, we will have excellent after-sales service to work out the best solution until you're satisfied.
We recommend doing Trade Assurance Order which will provide you with more security.

6. How about the payment terms?
We can accept T/T, PayPal, WU, MG, etc. 30%-50% deposit to start the order, the balance could be finished before shipment. Any other requirements of Payment terms could be negotiated.

Shipping by Couriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, … 5-10 days to arrive, suitable for most orders.

Shipping by Sea: 20-45 days to arrive, better for bulk orders with large volumes and heavy weights.

Shipping by Air: 3-7 days to arrive, better for bulk orders with heavyweight, more expensive than by Sea.
