This series of tower Type sand buiding is our company dedicated to research and development of high-quality machine-made sand processing equipment, successfully launched the VL dry integrated sand making system,which has environmental protection, energy saving and other advantages. The system uses pebble and limestone as raw materials, and produces machine-made sand (fineness modulus 2.7) and stone powder (≤0.075mm) by impact crushing method (namely the princ ipl e of stone hamme ring). The finished manufactured sand has the characteristics of uniform, square and round shape, and the overall shape is equal to the high quality natural sand, which completely meets the requirements of China construction sand Zone 2. In addition, the fineness modulus and grading can be adjusted simply and quickly according to the requirements of customers

1. The integrated building design is adopted, which covers a small area, and the building blocks are stacked and installed quickly, so as to reduce complex

2. Adopt UL vertical shaft impact crusher, its five-hole impact rotor, grinding hammer and ring lining structure, greatly increase the grain size between0.15-0.6mm, more reasonable grading, more square grain type, and high sand making efficiency, long service life.

The use of efficient risk control screen, combined with air separation and vibration screening technology, blower intelligent air volume regulation, can effectively separate the sand surface stone powder particles, and prevent the screen plug, fineness modulus can be adjustable, and high screening efficiency.

4. Adopt fine sand recovery and separation technology, combined with gravity settlement and air separation technology, adopt adjustable flow guide plate, recover fine particles between 0.075 and 0.6mm, reduce dust removal load, reduce dust removal power consumption, and greatly increase the output of finished sand.

5. Fully enclosed high efficiency dust removal system, equipped with high efficiency cloth bag type dust collector negative pressure dust collection,
effectively control the content of stone powder in finished sand, dust removal efficiency up to 99%, to achieve green environmental protection.

The intelligent control system, with its unique algorithm and control, ensures that the finished sand gradation is continuously adjustable, the fineness modulus is adjustable, and the content of stone powder is controllable.
