Adopting a five-stage crushing cavity design and scientifically optimizing the physical crushing and hitting angle, the sand making efficiency is higher, and the output rate of 0-5mm finished sand can reach 80%.

4. Powder content reduced by 10 percentage points

The equipment can make sand by mixing materials. The gap of the crushing cavity is adjustable. Using the patented structure, the gradation ratio of the machine-made sand can be controlled. The finished particle shape is round, and the gradation is more reasonable, meeting the national standard of medium sand in Zone II, and the powder content is 10 percentage points lower than that of the traditional sand making machine.
