1. Ultra-dimensional crushing chamber flow field optimization (VS traditional equal-section chamber)
Based on CFD-DEM coupling simulation, an asymmetric three-order expansion chamber is constructed, and the effective volume of the chamber is increased by 38% compared with the ISO 21873 standard chamber. Through discrete phase tracking technology, the material residence time is extended by 0.8-1.2 seconds, so that the crushing ratio of hard materials such as basalt reaches 1:16 (industry average 1:12), and the single-machine capacity exceeds 1200t/h (benchmarked Sandvik CV228 1100t/h). Actual application data shows that in the granite sand making project in the Three Gorges Reservoir area of ​​the Yangtze River, the power consumption per ton is reduced to 1.8kW·h (2.1-2.4kW·h for peer equipment).

2. Rotor dynamics strengthening system (VS statically balanced rotor)
Adopting a dual-mass composite rotor structure, equipped with a high-precision dynamic balancing detection system (ISO 1940 G2.5 level), and a three-dimensional variable-section plate hammer layout algorithm. According to TÜV Rheinland certification, the vibration value is ≤3.5mm/s (national standard ≤7.1mm/s) under 2500r/min working conditions, and the effective impact energy conversion rate has increased by 27% year-on-year. In the application of Anshan Iron and Steel Group's iron ore crushing line, the production capacity is stable at 1350t/h (contract guarantee value 1200t/h), exceeding the contract agreed value by 12.5%.

3. Modular wear-resistant protection system (VS integral welded guard plate)
Innovative application of Hardox 500 wear-resistant steel + tungsten carbide spray composite guard plate (surface hardness HRC62), through the patented dovetail + hydraulic locking structure to achieve a single guard plate replacement time of ≤15 minutes (traditional welding requires 2 hours). The measured data of CCCC Malaysia East Coast Railway Project shows that under quartzite crushing conditions, the guard plate life reaches 4800 hours (industry average 3500 hours), and the maintenance cost is reduced by 41%.
