Our own factory wuxi fine crystal technology is concerned on production of semiconductor material wafers&optical lens. Main products are the production of large scale integrated 2inch,3inch, 4 inches, 5 inches and 6 inches of polished single crystal wafers, Quartz wafers, Sapphire wafers,SiC wafer, GaAs, and a very wide range of custom optics and precision optical components.
