High Speed External SAS Connector 0.8mm Pitch Environmentally Friendly

Description:

Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) Small Form Factor (SFF) connectors guarantee high-speed data transfer, performance and storage that fulfills all modern requirements of various equipment such as host bus adapters (HBA), RAID, router/switch, servers, workstations and multimedia equipment.

Being absolutely environmentally-friendly, is applying constant efforts in producing SA3 backplane interconnect solutions that are devoid of halogens and lead, which reserves the standard SFF footprints but delivers data transfer speeds as high as 12Gbps. Thus, it has set new standards for enterprise-class performance and fulfills all signal integrity (SI) requirements. also offers a wide range of vertical and right-angle SAS receptacles.

ELECTRICAL PERFORMANCE:

1. Contact resistance: 30mΩ max. initial ; 15mΩ max. change after test

2. Current rating: 1.5A min. per contact with temperature rise not exceeding 30°C ENVIRONMENTAL

3. Humidity: 96 hours at 40°C with 90-95% relative humidity. Per EIA 364-31, Method II, test condition A

4. Temperature life: 85°C for 500 hours. Per EIA 364-17 test condition III, method A

5. Thermal shock: 10 cycles between -55°C and +85°C Per EIA 364-32, test condition I

6. Mixed flowing gas: Expose 1/2 samples unmated for 7 days and then mated for 7 additional days; the other 1/2 samples are exposed mated for 14 days. Per EIA 364-65, class II A *For higher durability cycling application, please contact FCI for alternatives. MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE
