3. You make payment for the deposit by Bank Transfer or Credit Card, and then send the Payment Slip for us to Prepare material
4. After received your deposit, we will release your order to our factory for production.
5. Once the goods finished, we will send you pictures for confirmation.
6. After you confirm the pictures, you make payment for the balance
7. Once received the full payment, we will arrange shipment with your forwarder. We can also arrange shipment for you on request.

Production Process:

1. 3D drawing before production to make sure all the details and model shape without mistakes.
2. Digital printing: We can make with international pantone colors or any requirements printing, just send us documents with AI, PDF or PSD fiels is ok.
3. Auto Cutting Machine: Make sure the size without mistakes and sewing or welding line very nice. Even high efficiency and safety.
4. We have welding and sewing technology for different products, better for you to make a decision.
5. All the finish products need to inflate and test more than 24 hours, the QC guys will check all the details to make sure no mistakes and misunderstanding.
6. Durable pvc bags outside and foam inside for delivery to protect products not damage on the way to your home.

Q: How to inflate an Inflatable Tent?
A: Can inflate by an electric blower/pump included. It usually takes 3 to 30 minutes to inflate a tent depending on design.

Q: Can we use Inflatable Tent in rain?
A: Yes but since the blower is connected with electricity (unless upgrade to Airtight style), we don't suggest long time use under heavy rain although the tent material and blower plastic case are waterproof.

Q: Can make with our logo printings?
A: Yes. May be for free or charged depending on quantity, printing colour and size. You may send us high resolution artwork in JPG, PDF or PSD.

Q: What happens if the Tent punctures?
A: Due to constant blown air, the tent can still be blown up and use as long as the damage area is not big. The damage can be repaired by sewing machine, and PVC vinyl tents can also simply be repaired by our repair kit (material patches and glue).

A: Yes. After you place an order, we can use your custom requirements to make a design sketch, and will start production after your confirmation.
