After we signed sales contract, we are beginning our official cooperation, thank you very much for your kind support and trusting! During our cooperation, we can offer following services for you:

NO.1 We have the relevant sales & merchaniser can follow your orders and keep update for you at any time. Merchaniser are responsible for your orders tracking update, including production process update, inspection reflection for each procedure, when your order can be collection finished, etc. Sales will keep update for you with all these information to ensure you know your orders' schedule.

NO.2 Ensure your goods' quality .We have one set of serious quality control system, our inspectors will inspect very carefully after every process finished. Meanwhile, your merchaniser will help to inspect your goods' quality, make notes and take photos for you, to make sure we offer you the best quality and help you to win your competitors, quality is the soul of a company.

NO.3 Ensure your punctural delivery time.We can complete all goods before the finish date in contract, your sales and merchaniser will check with our production departmant at least twice one week, we cannot delay your shipping date and your plan.

NO.4 We can book FCL or LCL vessel for you according to your construction date or promotion season. We will communicate with the forwarder and shipping company, make efforts no delay your plan, if any update will inform you at once. Will apply for free days for DET and DUM according to your request.

NO.5 Inspection & Packing photos will forward you before shipment. Your sales will send you loading container pictures to you to help you know your goods update.

NO.6 All original documents will send you by DHL to help make customs clearance successfully.

After-sales service

When you receive your goods, pls kindly give us some feedback for goods, no matter good ones or bad ones. Because we need your valuable & practical suggestions to improve our work and service.

NO.1 Sales will track your vessel ETD and ETA for you. To remind you make preparation for unloading containers and clear the customs.
