2) Description:

Xinhe Scarifier cutters can work excellently to remove traffic lines, pavement markings, epoxy, paint, and waterproofing membranes. We use premium quality tungsten carbide for our flail cutters so as to last up to 30 times longer and remove up to 5 times faster than traditional steel scarifier cutters.And they perform great for concrete and asphalt preperation and the removal of asphalt and coatings, allowing for quick surface scarifying of 1-5 mm creating a good surface profile without damaging or over milling the surface.
