Description

Good at Vibrating object measurement , restore object actual status

F4010-K operates on the principle of laser diffraction (Fresnel diffraction), featuring a straightforward design that ensures stable and accurate measurements over an extended service life.
With an extremely short exposure time of 0.8 microseconds, it maintains measurement accuracy even on vibrating objects. The fast sampling frequency of 10 kHz allows for the detection of lumps and necks on the object.
The 4-axis devices cover a wider area with fewer blind spots, providing more comprehensive sampling data to accurately reflect the wire's condition. This makes it highly suitable for applications with strict ovality requirements.

With a measurement repeatability of ±0.2um, F4010-k is versatile, applicable to various materials such as electric wire & cable, steel wire, enamelled copper wire, medical tubing, 3D filament, and more, regardless of their transparency.
