Continuous Slot Vee Wire Water Well Screen Introduce:

Continuous Slot Vee Wire Water Well Screens are received by simultaneously winding a spiral of profiled working wire and welding them to support wires, which are arranged along the axis of the cylindrical construction.

This technology allows to provide welded profile wire screens for applications where high precision of the screen together with high strength is required.

Continuous Slot Vee Wire Water Well Screen Characteristics:

1. The application of trapezoidal wire, the Formation of Vee-shaped openings between the slots of continuous slot vee wire water well screen. The design works more efficiently than other products and ensures smooth water filtration.

2. The trapezoidal wire continuous winding forms a continuous high-density uniform gap on the supporting wire arranged in a circular manner, which ensures the opening area of the continuous slot vee wire water well screen and no obstruction, and avoids the high-density accumulation of sediment, which provides a guarantee for improving the production efficiency and prolongating the service life of the filter.

3. The winding wire and all supporting wires are connected by electric welding, durable, longer working life cycle.
