Machine Application:

This machine SR1522 is specially designed for the object without physical positioning, and optical register is too much expensive. We can use SR1522 to print 2 colors without any registration, the position of chromotography or overlapping are very accurate.

SR1522 has 15 stations, 2 printing heads and one screen frame divided into 2 printing images. When the machine rotate, it will turn 2 stations each time, so after printing 1st color from left screen, it will turn a circle to arrive the station under right screen to print 2nd color. From 1st color to 2nd color, the bottle's position didn't change, but we can make the two colors set in the correct position by fixing the position of the pattern on the screen.
SR1522 is suitable for screen printing UV ink of various colors on small round tubes, pens, eyebrow pencils, lipsticks, syringes and other products.
SR1522-F is suitable for screen printing UV ink of various colors on square hard tubes.
The machine adopts an integrated turntable design with complete functions, easy to operate.
The machine adopts well-known brand electrical components, PLC control system and easy-to-use touch screen, with reliable performance.
