Mainly used for single to multi-color repeat screen printing of flat plastic and glass containers for detergents, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food and decorative items.

1. Adopting PLC from Japan and easy-to-use touch screen, the operation is convenient and stable.

2. Machine speed can be regulated according to printing requirements to satisfy different printing requirements.

3. The feeding conveyor of the machine adopts wear-resistant belt, which can protect the surface of bottles from abrasion.

4. The flame surface treatment has automatic continuous flame spraying function, which can meet different printing speeds, and is equipped with safety anti-tempering device.

5. The drive roller adopts split independent standard roller, which is easy and quick to repair and replace, and greatly saves the maintenance cost.

6. Equipped with container inflation and pressure adjustment function to ensure fine bottle thickness printing quality.

7. Squeegee pressure is adjustable, and the squeegee part has the function of X, y, Z, z-r direction and angle micro-adjustment.
