1-12 Colors Fully Automatic Screen Printing Machine With Labelling System Multifunctional And Verstile Screen Printer

Product features:
* SL168 Automatic machine for silk-screen printing of containers in plastic or other materials, having a circular, elliptical, square or rectangular section with centered or off-center neck, and it is easy for changing different shapes on printing section.

* Shape changeover: 30minutes for each machine, from cylindrical format to elliptical or flat format.

* Linear unit structure combination: can operate as Maximum 12 colors prinitn system, and each one is independent controlling system, can be splited according to how many colors required, and matched with labelling system.

* The machine is operated by PLC and touch panel, which is easy to operate with excellent warning system.

* In-feeding parts includes: in-feeding belt and machine hand for side-selection.

* Flame treatment for round, elliptical and square container

* Device for pre-positioning

* Second time positioning for printing.

* Electronic lift for squeegee.

* UV curing by rotating round container driven by stepper motor.

* Electronic UV system: device for adjusting light in 3-levels(LED UV curing system can be as a replacement)

* Side-selection of elliptical and square container on auxiliary machine section

* Out put belt
