Application:

The machine is multifunctional rotary multicolor screen printing machine, can be configurated with hot foil stamping device. It is mainly used to print the patterns and words on complex shapes bottles, jars and caps, such oval/square/conical shapes. Featuring with easy operation, accuracy positioning, highly automation and fast in printing.

1. Machine Frame & structures made by high-intensity aluminum alloy and stainless steel.
2. With PLC control system, touch screen interface. Fast setup & quick tooling change over for customer's easy
operation and adjustment
3.arc-shaped screen printing to avoid pattern distortion
4. Optional: Made based on the customer's special requirements. This includes antistatic dust removing device, flame treatment, radian screen printing,UV/IR system, unloading conveyor.
5. servo motor control screen printing and servo positioning.
6. Main components from Panasonic, Schneider, SMC, OMRON international brand.
7.working with PLC control system.
