Description of stainless steel wire mesh:

As a result of stainless steel with acid , alkaline , wear-resistance , heat-resistance properties , commonly used in acid , alkali environment screening mesh and filtration filter , for a slurry net petroleum industry , chemical fiber industry , electroplating industry for picking net , industry and the construction industry , filtet sand , filting liquid and gas , aerospace , petrochemical , chemical and other industries . It can also be used for mechaincal attachment security etc., also to replace the wooden walls and ceilings made.

The most basic and important characteristic parameters of stainless steel mesh are line diameter (d) and mesh width (W) as shown in the figure. Other parameters are basically derived from them.

Application of stainless steel wire mesh:

Stainless steel screen printing is suitable for direct platemaking, surface is surface substrate, such as: glass, ceramics, metal, plastic, rubber, printing circuit, etc.Especially suitable for use in harsh environments, multicolor overprinter, mass printing, step printing, precision printing.Due to the small size of wire mesh, high mesh can be woven, and the strength and elastic modulus of large, good plane stability.However, the wire mesh is rigid, easy to generate indentation when impacted, poor resilience is not suitable for restoration, and it is not suitable for printing substrate with poor flatness.
