Description of the screen printing ink squeegee:

Ultra solvent resistance, UV resistance, easy grinding, good elasticity, sharp blade, small swelling rate, easy to wear, resistant to different solvents, long service life.

Hardness range 65A-85A. The different design of robust formula, can effectively reduce the graphic printing machinery tremor. Even for improper operation of the squeegee, it will not damage too much plastic scratch material.

Soft scraper (65 degrees) can get thicker ink and a higher rate to cover printing. Hard plastic scraper (85 degrees) can be obtained when the printing ink thinner, more suitable in UV ink printing fonts and fine lines. Try to avoid excessive pressure on the squeegee screen, this will result in very thick layers of ink, it is difficult to control, excessive wear will also screen, so the right way is to make both ends of the squeegee and screen edge appropriate distance, then printed with an appropriate pressure. When the squeegee is loaded grip Do not apply excessive pressure or use force to squeeze into a size too thick, you should regularly allow the squeegee rest rather than continuous use.

Cleaning

with a cloth wipe off any excess ink, and then softer cloth moistened with a suitable solvent to clean, do not use strong solvents, especially ink thinner to clean the squeegee. Should be allowed to idle in order to fully squeegee solvent before it is completely volatilized after grinding or re-use.
