Crimped wire mesh sand sieve screen mesh for mining and quarry
Description of stainless steel crimped wire mesh
Braided wire and wire crimping processes are critical to producing consistent, high quality woven wire mesh. By exploring new ways of crimping and braiding wire, we continue to be an innovative force in the construction of wire mesh. More details on the eight basic curl styles are provided below: Normal, Lock, Intercrimp, Flat Top, Triple Shot, Man-made Cable, Spiral and Twill. These styles are building blocks that can be combined and modified to produce endless combinations of textures and reflections.
What is the wire mesh crimping style? The wire mesh crimping type is a crimp pattern (available in several patterns) for the manufacture of high quality wires and then for larger weave patterns to meet industrial needs.
Plain Crimp is a simple zigzag crimping method in which the warp and fill lines intersect at each available pocket. For pre-crimped materials, normal crimping is the most common when the mesh to diameter (MD) ratio is 4:1 or less. This unprocessed appearance produces a smooth, subtle pattern.
