Description

Highly elastic yellow nylon mesh screen use in filtering paint

Description of nylon mesh

Precision braided nylon monofilament media is selected for performance and consistency to ensure reliable filtration performance. The woven mesh has excellent strength and durability.
Internal seams ensure no bypass filtration. The possibility of downstream fiber contamination is also small.
The plastic retaining ring design ensures positive sealing of most filter vessels to ensure no bypass filtration. The ring also acts as a handle for quick removal of the bag.
The rounded bottom configuration ensures a better and more flexible fit to the holding basket to provide more support when pressure builds up.
The 100% nylon construction provides extensive chemical compatibility. Please refer to the plastic resin chemical compatibility chart to ensure that the appropriate media is selected.
