500 micron ultra fine stainless steel porous sintered knitted Wire Mesh screen
Description of stainless steel sintered mesh round for filter plate
5-layer sintered stainless steel mesh
It is our standard sintered mesh structure. A single layer of fine wire mesh was placed between two thicker square woven meshes, which were then added to two layers of strong Dutch woven wire mesh and sintered together to form a sturdy board. A single layer of fine wire mesh acts as a filter layer that can be customized to meet specific filtration levels, ranging from 5 microns to 300 microns. It can then be cut and made into a variety of discs, tubes, cartridges and plates.

Filter size
Standard sizes: 500x1000mm, 600x1200mm and 1000x1000mm, 1200x1200mm, and other sizes.
Filtering technology expression
Initial bubble point pressure
The bubble is the minimum pressure required to force the gas to impregnate the porous material Pa through the liquid.
Average aperture
The average pore size as determined by the foam principle, in μm.
Relative permeability coefficient
Unit differential pressure, fluid volume flows through the filter element per unit area, the unit is L / min.cm2.Pa.
Viscous permeability coefficient
Dynamic Viscosity Unit of Fluid When the fluid resistance is formed only by viscous losses, the unit pressure gradient, volume flow rate through the filter element per unit area in m2.
