Description of wedge wire screen

We produce wedge wire mesh and wire mesh products to meet a wide range of needs. Various production methods can be implemented to handle the flow direction and strength of the product. Our screen products feature externally-circumferential wedge lines that are supplied externally to the interior. The internal wedge line can face the support rod for internal to external applications. A support structure can be included to enhance strength. Screens can be constructed to allow parallel or vertical flow.

The wedge mesh is particularly well structured to meet the needs of high volume filtration. These screens are self-cleaning and are rugged and reusable. A sieve bent with a wedge wire perpendicular to the flow direction enables water to fall through the screen to collect as fresh water, while the angle and flow enable the solids and branches to slide. Wedge screens are effective in wastewater treatment, dewatering equipment and other applications. Flat screens are used in operations similar to those of screen bending and sewage separation systems.+
