Product process:
1: Mould: the punching process begins with the mould design. We believe that the quality of the mould determines the quality of the product to a great extent. Therefore, in recent years, we have invested a lot of money in this field to improve our molding ability.
2: Punching: our CNC equipment can punch high-quality products, with a daily output of 2000 ㎡ and a thickness of 0.1mm-25mm.
3: Cutting: cut the whole roll of board to the size you need.
4: Trimming: if the plate edge in the manufacturing process exceeds the tolerance range required by you, our skilled technicians can remove the excess edge according to your requirements
5: Leveling: we can use the leveling machine to restore the punched deformed perforated plate to its original flat state. Steel plates with a thickness of 0.8mm-12mm can be leveled.
6: Cleaning: the punching process requires the use of lubricant, but we also have a degreasing process to remove the traces on its surface and make the orifice plate clean.
7: Production, forming and deep processing: in addition to customer reservation, we can also provide you with a series of subsequent processing, including leveling, cutting, labeling, packaging, degreasing, pricking, forming, annealing, painting, electroplating, welding, polishing, bending, rolling, etc.
8: Surface treatment: punching, leveling, cutting and other processes will lead to the incompleteness of the plate surface, but these incompleteness shall be prevented by additional measures such as paint, electro galvanizing, hot galvanizing, anodizing and so on.
