When choosing the appropriate performance of the squeegee, you need to consider the following factors

1. Hardness: The squeegee is usually made of polyurethane, and the hardness of the squeegee is measured by a hardness tester.
The hardness, size and shape of the squeegee determine the bendness, flexibility and pressure of the squeegee. The high hardness of the squeegee is very beneficial for the first three functions, pressing the ink into the screen and transferring the ink from the fine screen to the substrate and maintaining contact with the printed line. The only drawback is that it cannot meet the printing of different shapes of substrates, and the requirements for the quality of the squeegee are also high when printing rough surfaces and uneven surfaces.

2. Effective width: refers to the width of the squeegee inserted into the aluminum handle to extend the squeegee.
This width is important and determines the degree of curvature of the squeegee under pressure. The degree of curvature is the cube of the effective width.
Squeegee bending causes two changes: the direct angle change of the squeegee and the screen; the printing pressure transmitted to the substrate is reduced. For example, the scraper is compared to a set of springs. When the spring is forced at a certain angle, the spring begins to bend and the pressure is getting smaller and smaller.
