The hardness of the screen printing squeegee rubber is divided into three categories.

1 soft squeegee rubber (55Shore--65shore)
Soft squeegee is generally used under conditions of moderate squeegee pressure, large mesh opening and low ink viscosity.
Soft squeegee is the best choice for printing irregular objects and printing on uneven printing platforms. Using soft rubber scraping, the ink is accumulated in a large amount, and the printed image is moderate in fineness, and is generally used for large-area printing and glass and ceramic printing.

2 medium hardness squeegee (65-75Shore)
When the printing pressure is high, the medium hardness squeegee is used, and the mesh and ink of any mesh can be selected for the medium hardness squeegee for printing. In the Indian paste printing, the ink accumulation is good. The image resolution is good, suitable for printing all kinds of printing materials.

3 hard squeegee (75-95Shore)
A hard squeegee is used when the printing pressure is maximum and the ink viscosity is high. The amount of ink accumulated is small, and the image resolution is quite good. Usually, fine screen printing can be used to select hard rubber scraping, and the ink layer produced by him is very thin.
